DOMESTIC ORDERS:
All orders placed within the US will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, unless upgraded. Once shipped, you can expect your item(s) arrival within 1-3 days on average. This does not include the initial 1-2 day processing time.

HOSPITAL DELIVERIES:
It is not recommend to ship gifts to hospitals as patients rooms are subject to change and/or patients can be discharged prior to gift arrival. Gifts arrival can also be delayed by hospitals mail sorting room. Should sender/purchaser still proceed against caution this is done at ones own risk.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Coos for Cancer by Phinity Ranch is not responsible for lost or stolen packages domestically or internationally. In the case that something does go wrong with your carrier we will offer our best advise on how to work with your shipping carrier but it is the buyers responsibility to uncover their lost or stolen items
INCORRECT ADDRESS:
Please note the sender/purchaser is responsible for providing a valid delivery address. That being said, all cost associated with replacement gifts and shipping charges as a result of an incorrect address is solely at sender/purchaser expanse. Any gifts sent to wrong address due to our error, will be resent immediately at no additional cost to sender/purchaser.
